Easy Vegan Bliss Balls with Peanut Butter & Dates

These Vegan Peanut Butter Bliss Balls are a protein and fiber-rich snack crafted from a blend of 5 wholesome ingredients: peanut butter, dates, chia seeds, hemp seeds and protein powder. Naturally gluten-free and dairy-free and perfect for an anytime snack. Bliss Balls are a perfect meal prep treat/snack that everyone can appreciate.

Instructions:

  1. Soak dates in warm water for ~5 minutes to soften. Drain water before adding dates to a food processor.
  2. In a food processor, combine dates, peanut butter, hemp seeds, chia seeds and protein powder. Mix until dough starts to form together, scraping edges as needed.
  3. Roll into balls, this recipe makes 8-12 depending on the size.
  4. Transfer to the fridge for ~30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Enjoy as a pre or post workout snack, or anytime really!
  6. Keep extras in the fridge.

👉 Tip: For a more decadent treat, coat in melted chocolate!
