This protein powder has full spectrum of essential amino acids. It is delicious and nutritious.

I have been vegan for decades and have tried numerous iterations of protein powders over the years. Unfortunately, all of them caused me GI problems and bloating, so when I found this I expected to experience the same. Happily, I can eat this daily with NO problems. I pour hot almond milk over it to make a "cream of wheat" type porridge, I use it in place of flour to make waffles, or I blend it with organic pumpkin and ground flax seeds to make a pumpkin "mug cake." Thank you for a product that has greatly improved my energy and mood.

I really enjoyed the neutral taste of the protein powder. I found it was super easy to use in smoothies where I already use a ton of fruit so I can control the sweetness of my drink much more easily. I have also done great protein balls with it where I blend with dates and nuts and then roll in coconut flakes. Great product!
