I LIKE THIS A LOT. HOWEVER SOME OF THE PROTEIN POWDERS ARE DIFFICULT TO BREAKDOWN (because she doesn't use artificial binders) IN THE BLENDER AND MY RITUAL IS TO USE A KNIFE TO SCRAPE UNMIXED POWDER OFF SIDES AND MAKE IT EASIER TO BLEND. I TAKE DR. MYERS SUPPLEMENTS BECAUSE SHE SCIENTIFICALLY FORMULATES AND HAS THE KNOWLEDGE. I TRUST HER.
