Great for everything! Put in on top of a smoothie bowl, bake with it, make crunchy chocolate bark with it, or sprinkle it on top of a salad! It’s also sprouted which is amazing for digestion! Love it!
For me, LilBucks shines through it's versatility. In my household, you'll find it in yoghurts, mueslis (overnight & not), oatmeal, fruit salads and other early morning delights. You will also however find it at lunchtime in salads of all sorts: greens, pastas, rice. To my mind, it shines brightest in using it on bakes and gratins which we make at dinner mostly). In bakes, it performs better than the traditional cheese/breadcrumb: it's more heat resistant, its crunch more substantial and its taste more interesting. In short, this is a product that doesn't just add to the endless space hogs in your pantry that are used only once a day, if that. It can be used across the spectres of diets in our households, from omnivore to vegan, and it can find a flavour and texture enhancing use at every meal.
Since the original sprouted buckwheat has no flavor or sweetness, it's good on both sweet food, such as yogurt or smoothies, and on savory food, such as salads! I love adding them on top of salads for some texture.
Lilbucks buckwheat is going to be the new superfood of 2020! This unsweetened flavor is great in both in sweet and savory dishes! Make your own savory granola, use in soups, smoothies or yogurt! So versatile!
I put these on everything- yogurt, salads, porridge. I also always keep energy balls (I got the recipe on the LIl bucks website) in the house for after a workout. They're delicious and keep my sugar from getting too low after a workout if i'm not hungry for a meal.
