Fluffy on the inside and crispy on the outside, our vegan, gluten free, chef-crafted muffin mix is made with a special blend of regeneratively farmed buckwheat and earthy oats with good-for-you benefits such as protein, fiber, and antioxidants. Our consciously sourced ingredients and carbon credits matching program help protect the planet, so we can eat well and do better.  


Preheat the oven to 350 degrees and grease or line a muffin tray. Place dry mix into a bowl and add 3/4 cup of plant-based milk plus 3/4 cup of desired add-ins such as fruit, nuts, or chocolate. Bake for 22 minutes until golden brown.
