Not all dried pastas are created equal! It's true - the handmade difference of a freshly-milled, stoneground flour and fresh produce is truly apparent in our noodles. From the quality of the wheat (all sourced domestically and from organic growers) to our 3-day, slow drying method, our pastas showcase the power of ingredients and time.

These Black Pepper Garlic noodles are friends to all sauces, in our humble opinion. Tomatos, beef ragus, heavy creams or even pestos - these noods are finished perfectly with all blends of sauce and toppings!


HOW TO ENJOY:

For pasta perfection, bring a pot of water - 8 cups for every 8 oz of pasta - with a GENEROUS (at least 1 tbsp) helping of sea salt to a boil.

Toss in your pasta portion and cook for 6-8 minutes.

Drain and let noodles sit in the pot to steam for a minute longer.

Sauce it and serve!
