At Bubble Goods, we’re building more than just a marketplace, we’re building a movement. One where small food brands can thrive, customers can discover quality foods, and a new kind of supply chain gets the spotlight it deserves.
Last week, we kicked off our Backyard Dinner Series, the first of many intimate gatherings designed to bring our mission to life over conversation and connection. These dinners are our way of staying close to the community we serve and collaborating with the people helping shape this next chapter of food.
Our first dinner was all about media and press partners, timed with our latest press push highlighting the impact Bubble is making on small businesses around the country. Many of the brands on Bubble have now crossed meaningful sales milestones - $10K, $20K, even $50K+, all powered by the Bubble Goods platform. We think it’s time this story gets told.
In true Bubble Goods style, we didn’t just talk about the future of food, we served it. Each dish at the table featured ingredients sourced from the Bubble Goods marketplace and local farmers markets in Pennsylvania.
The menu was as intentional and layered as the brands we represent:
Sweet Corn Mac N’ Cheese
Made with Seligo Pasta, local non-GMO sweet corn from Twin Maple Farms picked up at the Easton Farmers Market, raw cheddar cheese from Bad Farms picked up at the Emmaus Farmers Market in Emmaus, PA, and elote seasoning
Sun-Dried Tomato Chicken Wings
Made with locally raised chicken wings from Breakaway Farms in a yuzu and balsamic marinade
Tomato-tini
Made with Doce Mezcal, the juice of tomatoes from from local Pennsylvania farm Salvaterra’s certified organic farm in Allentown, Pennsylvania picked up at the Easton Farmers Market, fished with olive oil from Primis Organics
Strawberry & Popcorn Parfait
Local strawberries from Housman Fruit Farms picked up at the Emmaus Farmers Market, vegan and gluten-free banana and almond bread from Sincerely by Paryani, popcorn, and vegan coconut yogurt by Cocojune
In the months ahead, we’ll be gathering around the table with our customer community, creators and influencers, and most importantly, our sellers the heartbeat of the Bubble Goods platform. These dinners are designed not only to celebrate food but to bring us all closer to the mission we’re building together.
To the journalists, editors, and storytellers who joined us: thank you for making time to connect, eat, and help us share what’s growing here. We believe food tastes better when it’s made by real people, and we’re proud to be building a platform where those people get discovered.
See you at the next table,
Team Bubble Goods
