When my daughter gave birth to my grandson, he was later diagnosed with celiac disease. His mother was then also tested and confirmed to have not only celiac disease, but hashimotos. Eating for them became a huge challenge. Meeting their needs started me on my journey of making not only gluten free products, but low sugar treats. During the first year of Covid I spent hours in my kitchen and was able to bring this low carb, gluten, dairy and sugar free product to the table, and now to the market. This "labor of love" went to farmers markets across MS for feedback and then, to manufacturing.
