Meet your new dessert bestie, keeping life light, warm, and fluffy. Treat yourself to a late-spring retreat as you enjoy the zesty zing of lemon beautifully balanced with a touch of gentle sweetness and delicious dairy free white chocolate.
Pro tip: Garnish with fresh local blueberries and whipped cream.
HOW TO ENJOY:
1. Add wet ingredients to a 12 oz microwave-safe mug: 1 egg OR egg substitute (we like a flax egg), 1 tbsp milk of choice, and 1 tbsp oil (we like avocado or olive). For a richer cake, use 2 tbsp oil and no milk; for a lighter cake, use 2 tbsp milk and no oil. Spray your mug with nonstick cooking spray first if you plan to plate your Mugsy.
2. Open your Mugsy pouch and pour the dry mix into your mug. Mix briskly until completely blended.
3. Microwave for 70-80 seconds (75 sec. for 1000 watt microwave).
4. Do a little dance for 3-5 minutes as your Mugsy cools. Careful! Mugsy will still be hot.
5. Enjoy your Mugsy as is, or add your favorite toppings. Enjoy!
No microwave? No problem! Bake your cakes in a ramekin(s) at 350 degrees for 27 minutes.
