You’re looking at Jing’s favorite sun-dried small-batch bouncy Sichuan noodles, mixed with Fly By Jing’s spicy, tingly, tangy Sichuan Chili Crisp to create an electric flavor combination unlike anything you’ve ever tasted.
Handcrafted in Sichuan, these wavy, ribbon noodles are never fried, but rather sun-dried for 12 hours giving them a perfectly al dente texture. The squiggly knife cut noodle shape holds the perfect amount of chili sauce in every bite.

Fun Fact: The name Fly By Jing is inspired by the bustling "fly restaurants" of Chengdu, old school eateries that are so good they're said to attract diners like flies.
