Exercise is supposed to make you feel great, but I would get headaches and nausea after a long run or bike ride. It turns out I was just dehydrated – along with 75% of America.

Then I found out that hydration is about not just drinking water. You also need to replace electrolytes lost. Water alone can’t do that. When I looked at the electrolyte drinks out there, they were all neon-colored and full of sugar and artificial ingredients.

So I decided to make an electrolyte drink mix with only plant-based, non-GMO ingredients that tastes as good as it feels.

Just like gatorade but better!

I started to work out again and I'm cautious on my sugar-intake. With only 4g of sugar, this is a great replace for Gatorade or any other sports drink. Nothing taste artificially. Definitely recommend to try.

I was worried the monk extract would leave that weird taste in my mouth but this legit tastes so so good & refreshing. I also like that there's no artificial taste like Gatorade (bleh).

I’ve tried all 3 Cure flavors and Lemon is definitely my favorite. It has a nice subtle flavor that is a little bit salty and a little tart. It’s great after a workout since I’m always craving something salty. It also makes a great hangover cure :)
