I see a big difference in how I feel post-workout when I use Recovery+. I rarely drink, but when I do I always have a stick beforehand so I don't wreck my sleep schedule. On days I feel fatigued, I love having an extra serving for the energy boost. Love the lemon lime flavor!

It's great to finally find a recovery drink free of artificial flavors, colors, and sweeteners that still tastes good. Bonus points for how easy they are to transport, too. These have a permanent spot in my gym bag!
