Wild-ferment quinoa-millet sourdough mixed with ripened banana, raisins, and crunchy walnuts. An organic, gluten-free, nutritious comfort bread that brings joy with every bite. No sugar added.


HOW TO ENJOY:

Grindstone gluten-free fruit breads eat best when toasted. Experiment a little bit to find what amount of “toastedness” is right for you. After that, let this bread be your canvas! Great as simple toast, French Toast for breakfast, and even an afternoon or midnight snack. It pairs well with cream cheese, goat cheese spread, butter, vegan butter/cheese alternatives, preserves, and fresh fruit… the possibilities are endless. Enjoy!

Grindstone Bakery is a mother-daughter-owned gluten-free bakery founded out of necessity. Danielle, diagnosed with Celiac Disease, couldn’t find bread that met her health needs, so she created it. Our breads are made with organic, non-GMO ingredients and no fillers or preservatives. Using slow, small-batch techniques, we craft delicious, nutritious bread that’s free from gluten, dairy, soy, eggs, rice, corn, oils, gums, added sugar, and commercial yeast. With uncompromising quality, we believe in the power of real food to nourish and support your well-being.
