The cranberry pecan bread was quite tasty. Also got the white sourdough. Only reason I can't give a "5" is because the loaves are smaller and less artisan looking than they appear on the site. Particularly the white sourdough - this loaf is TINY.

I purchased several loaves at Burning Brothers Brewery in Saint Paul on a Sunday before Christmas. I thought the chocolate cherry and cranberry pecan were seriously great and fresh even after 2 days on the shelf. So delicious and healthy for me since I have other sensitivities beyond gluten. Keep baking these!

I previously bought a loaf. So good. My new loaf seemed under-cooked. Doughy in center. Almost wet consistency. Had to toast it in oven to try to get it fully baked.
