This Whole Wheat flour is made from Turkey Red grain. Turkey Red is an heirloom hard red winter wheat Prized for its hardiness, rich flavors, and excellent baking qualities. Turkey Red has been recognized by Slow Food and put on their Ark of Taste. Protein: 13.5-14.5%
HOW TO ENJOY:
Best used in breads, buns, hard rolls, pancakes and yeast raised rolls.

Here at Roaring Fork Mill, all of our grains are grown by Colorado farms using organic and regenerative practices. We focus on milling ancient and heritage wheat varieties that require fewer inputs and help to rebuild the topsoil.
We have the only Regenerative Organic Certified flour in the State of Colorado. All of our flour is non-GMO, unbleached and unbromated.
