Cook North Indian-inspired dishes easily with healthy ingredients! This paste is the perfect meal prep time saver. Masala paste or bhuna masala is a balanced blend of onion, tomato, garlic, ginger, and freshly ground spices like garam masala and turmeric to use as a base sauce or marinade. 


Sauce (2 servings): Heat 2 tsp of oil in a saucepan. Add 1 cup of your choice of protein or veggies. Cook on medium-high heat until seared. Stir in 4 tbs masala paste & about 1/3 cup water. Add salt & chili flakes to taste. Reduce heat to simmer. Fully cook. Add cream or coconut milk for a creamier sauce.

For Marinade (2 servings): Toss 2 tbs of masala paste with 1/2 cup protein or veggies. Add salt or chili flakes to taste.
