We got this at the farmer's market and we love it! It has the spiciness that I expected but also a wonderful "green" flavor of peppers. I plan to try it for cooking, but it's so delicious that we've mainly been eating it on toast. The moment I cracked open the jar, this ghee was a party for my senses. The smell alone told me I was about to embark on a flavor adventure. It's got this rich, buttery essence mixed with the zesty zing of jalapeños. Just a dollop of this ghee turned my ordinary rice into buttery, spicy goodness.
