About:
Nemi means "to live" in the Aztec language, and we live for cravingly crunchy, addictive snacks. Inspired by the founder's native Mexico, we make deeply deliciosos snacks with ancestral superfoods and flavors straight outta the cocina! We use nopales (a.k.a the prickly pear paddle), a staple of Mexican cuisine, the nopal is packed with gut-friendly fiber. The snacks are dusted with mercado-fresh spices and flavors. Have you ever had a Mexican churro? A fried-dough pastry traditionally coated in sugar and cinnamon. If you haven't tried churros, look no further! We switched the fried dough with superfoods and the sugar with healthy dates! Our very own cactus and amaranth recipe dusted in pulverized dates and cinnamon. Our churro flavor hits all the sweet notes with an added crunch!
HOW TO ENJOY:
As a healthy and crunchy snack for the whole family (beware, these will quickly disappear from sight), eat with your favorite mylk, crunch up morning oatmeal or smoothie bowls, crumble and add to ice cream.

We source directly from farmers in Mexico, work with woman of color & use real, mercado-fresh spices. Nemi Snacks is on a mission to elevate Latinx cultura.
Fun Fact:
Outside of Nemi Snacks, Regina is an attorney doing human rights work and hopes to bring un poquito de Mexico to your snacking experience!
