If you have discovered this little mill with big heart then you know how good this flour is. The freshness and quality of their freshly-milled flour is top-drawer! I love the flavor too. I use the bread flour in my sourdough bread baking and adore the flavor and the texture this flour brings to the bread. All the good parts of the wheat berry are preserved in this milling so the bread is dense chewy and little nutty flavored and beautiful

I have been baking with this grain since I heard of it. I love this grain and flour because it is clean fresh and not grown or treated with toxic chemicals. The customer service is terrific and my orders have been received in good time. I appreciate everything I've experienced
