Pure Palmyra Palm Sugar

ABOUT: Palmyra palm sugar is a natural sweetener that is unrefined and retains its vitamins and minerals, making it a healthier alternative to refined sugar.

Made from the sap of Borassus Flabellifer (Palmyra palm) flowers. The tree takes around 15 years before producing sap and can live up to a century, ensuring sustainability. Hand-harvested twice daily, 80 feet above the ground. NOTE: Palmyra palm sugar can be harvested only from the flower sap, whereas coconut palm sugar can be produced from coconut water. Processed in small batches by hand using the traditional Cambodian techniques.

The unique taste and aroma resulting from the soil and climate of the Kampong Speu region have earned it a Protected Geographical Indication (PGI) from the World Trade Organization. It's certified organic by Eco-Cert in Cambodia. Unrefined, rich in nutrients, and free from gluten, artificial colors, preservatives, and anti-caking agents. Authentic and Rare: Only under 4,000 PGI-certified palm trees are available for harvest, and they can only be harvested during the dry season to ensure optimal quality.

HOW TO ENJOY:
