My wife and I are on a budget post retirement and have traditionally eaten the Dark Chocolate from Trader Joe's. We are now spoiled by the rich taste of Celia Dark Chocolate which is far superior to what we have had in the past. We enjoy it so much that not only do we splurge on it but give it as gifts and invariably the recipients become loyal consumers as well. Lastly, we like to eat lower on the food chain and like that it is vegan. Don't know how it can have such a rich taste being vegan so kudos to the chocolatiers.
