Nanu’s classic take on a “Salsa Roja”. Named after my grandma, this 40 year old recipe is made with fresh tomatillo, puya, and garlic. It's the perfect companion to any meal, not too spicy and a great flavor enhancer.
P.S. Nanu cares about your health, just as much as we care about taste. Therefore, we will never use seed oils, preservatives, dyes, gums, fillers... you get the idea.
