I’m on the AIP diet so have been using coconut sugar for baking. This one tastes delicious, and has been fantastic for baking. Will def buy again.

Love this superfood yeast!
This is the ONLY nutritional yeast that has a high vitamin B1 (thiamine) content, which I wanted for it's calming effect. It's also super high in vitamin B3, B5, B6, copper, molybdenum, manganese, magnesium, and biotin, and has good amounts of a lot of other nutrients, which, happily, are listed on the package!
