ABOUT:
Mamaki (Pipturus Albidus) is indigenous to Hawaii and cannot be found anywhere else in the world. Known for it's many benefits, Mamaki is typically made into an herbal tea or tonic.

HOW TO ENJOY:
Great Iced or Hot!
Boil 3 cups of water. Add approximately 1 TBS of crushed mamaki leaves to boiling water. Remove from heat, cover and let steep for 10 to 15 minutes. To increase strength, taste and color, let steep longer. Yield: 4 â 6 cups of hot tea.
