These breads are made with such love and intention! By the far the most nutritious, easy to digest and scrumptious breads I've eaten since being gluten-free for 12 years. Each variety is a show stopper in flavor, texture and such a reminder of traditionally prepared breads of Europe. This is a great, hardy, loaf of bread. Thoroughly enjoyed it! Taste and texture are so good you can eat it fresh- no toasting, which is a luxury when it comes to gluten free bread.
