Mavuno Harvest Organic Mango & Coconut Fruit Bites (8-Pack)

These little fruit bites are moist and addictively delicious. I crave the sweet tartness of the mango! They are the perfect healthy snack to have stashed in your car, gym bag, diaper bag, etc. I've tried all of the fruit bite flavors except one and the mango coconut is my favorite.

Very yummy little balls of mango and coconut - perfect combination, not too sweet, no sugar added, just needs to have more of them in the bag. I suppose one bag is for one snack, well it is too much for one but not enough for two for me. Perfect for when I need a little pick me up!

These Mavuno Harvest Organic Chewy Fruit Bites are like fruit snacks for grown ups. They are made with 2 ingredients- organic mango and organic coconut. They are chewy round balls of tangy sweetness. They have a very pleasant fruity taste with the just the slightest hint of coconut. I wasn't sure I was going to like them at first but now I'm hooked and I want to try the other flavors. These fruit bites would be a great treat for kids because they are clean and healthy, having no added ingredients. Throw a pouch in a lunchbox or your purse- these are easy to take and eat on the go. I do think the price is outrageously high and I wish these were more affordable because they really are tasty.

When they say it's chewy, it's more squishy than anything. It isn't chewy like a caramel might be; so there isn't a lot of effort that goes into chewing. Flavor is OK, mango is not my favorite flavor, but here it's mild and mixes well with the coconut. I can see eating a few handfuls of these without effort. So, while nothing to get excited about, it's a pleasant snack.

This hits the mark for both ingredients and taste. The ingredient list is very simple: mango and coconut. That's it. Wonderfully simple. These also do an great job when it comes to taste and texture. The mango comes through strongly, with the coconut in the background. I like both mango and coconut, but if I were to change anything, I'd make the coconut just a bit more prominent. It has a soft, chewy texture. It's softer and has a better texture than the 'gummy fruit' type snacks or the fruit rolls. It has a nice balance between sweet and tart. These are not at all candy-like, which is a huge plus. All in all, it's a very enjoyable fruit snack that contains nothing but fruit. Very pleased!
