Our All-Purpose Flour is milled from 100% White Sonora, an heirloom wheat with a sweet wheat aroma and light creamy flavor. Lower in protein and higher in carbohydrates than Hard Wheat varieties.

Here at Roaring Fork Mill, all of our grains are grown by Colorado farms using organic and regenerative practices. We focus on milling ancient and heritage wheat varieties that require fewer inputs and help to rebuild the topsoil.
We have the only Regenerative Organic Certified flour in the State of Colorado. All of our flour is non-GMO, unbleached and unbromated.
Fun Fact: Roaring Fork Mill is named after the Roaring Fork Valley of Carbondale, CO.
