It's safe to say, my steaks won't be seeing butter anytime soon.\n\nI also decided to experiment with my homemade stovetop popcorn, swapping out my usual oils for a spoonful of this ghee. The nutty, aromatic qualities of the ghee turned each bite into a flavor explosion, far surpassing any popcorn experience I've had before.

Perfect for Basically Everything

As someone with Middle Eastern roots, ghee is a staple in our family cooking. Quality ghee can truly make or break a dish, and Zaikadelic Ghee is everything! Its rich, nutty flavor and divine aroma are perfect for our pastry dishes. Ghee is literally the only type of "dairy butter" I will use, and this tops the charts.
