ABOUT:

Not all dried pastas are created equal! It's true - the handmade difference of a freshly-milled, stoneground flour and fresh produce is truly apparent in our noodles. From the quality of the wheat (all sourced domestically and from organic growers) to our 3-day, slow drying method, our pastas showcase the power of ingredients and time.

Our Tomato & Basil noodles are flavorful on their own, giving you the perfect excuse to simply toss with some olive oil, parm and call it a day.

HOW TO ENJOY:

For pasta perfection, bring a pot of water - 8 cups for every 8 oz of pasta - with a GENEROUS (at least 1 tbsp) helping of sea salt to a boil.

Toss in your pasta portion and cook for at least 10 minutes, tasting along the way to your desired doneness.

Drain and let noodles sit in the pot to steam for a minute longer.

Sauce it and serve!
