Our Tex-Mex Fajitas recipe is from our co-founder, Gilbert Pedroza's famous fajitas. His restaurant, La Palma, was named "Home of the Fajitas" by Fort Worth's Star Telegram and was often featured in Dallas' D Magazine. This seasoning is a must try!

The name WESTERO means, “a man from the West”. Roxanne tells the story of her “westero”, her chef father, through BBQ and their backyard cookouts.
