ABOUT: This salami is artisan made and comprised of heritage pork, Trapani Sicilian Sea Salt, a blend of Smoked Spanish Paprikas, Oregano, Telicherry Black Pepper and Cleto Chiarli Lambrusco red wine.

How to Enjoy:

Slit the uneatable casing with a knife and peel away the amount you will consume, similar to a banana.

Slice the salami at a 60° angle and the width of a peppercorn. (We recommend slicing our salami a little thicker than you normally would with American salami)

Add to charcuterie board, chopped in a salad, sandwich, or to any dish as a protein additive.

My Favorite Chorizo

Love using this Chorizo on a Charcuterie board. Mine came without a casing on it, so it was easy to open the packaging, slice and add to my board. I even added it to a rice dish I made, to spice it up a little. Nice and Smoky, clean and tasted natural.

Chorizo salami

I tried all four flavors of this salami. I love chorizo and was looking forward to this one, but, I found the casing nearly impossible to remove, unlike the other three flavors. As such that was frustrating, time consuming, and wasteful as I cut it off instead. I would not re-order this one as a result.
