- This red wine vinegar is produced by hand at a small family operation in the Columbia River Gorge.
- The vinegar is aged for eight years in barrel to intensify the flavor and preserve the probiotic microorganisms.
- Fresh rosemary sprigs are infused into the vinegar for one year before it is bottled.
- All of the grapes used to make this vinegar are sourced from within 40 miles of the facility in Lyle, Washington.
- This vinegar is vegan and keto-friendly, with no added sugar for a low-carb option.
