Crafted in her Chicago kitchen Morgan Murdock, a digestive health dietitian, wanted to make eating fun and flavorful again for her patients struggling with IBS, SIBO or other chronic gut conditions. During nutrition sessions, she found that sourdough became the highlight of her conversations for its delicious flavor and gut-friendly benefits - in 2023, Unbothered Foods was born.

My family loves these crackers
These crackers are incredible. I love how they taste. I've been pairing them with tinned fish and I'm obsessed! I would highly recommend!
