ABOUT:
We set out to create a whole new flax-granola experience. To do it, we started with a flavorful mix of traditional autumn spices, cinnamon, nutmeg and cloves. To that we added a dollop of molasses, organic pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, and a scoop of plump organic raisins.

Columbia County Bread & Granola was established in 2011. CCB&G began in 2008 as a passion project from Douglas Michael’s kitchen, in part to combat his own health challenges, and from there expanded steadily for 15 years as he shared his vision with wit and perseverance. His “flourless” sprouted whole grain bread and cracker recipes found a unique niche in the sprouted grain industry as well as his flaxseed-based granola, made without oats. Doug passed away in August of 2023, suddenly and unexpectedly — the team at CCB&G believe in Doug and his vision and want his legacy to continue.
