My complaint with this product is that it is so delicious that I can? stop eating it and I have to restrain myself from eating the whole jar at once.

At first I was unsure about this product because the oil had settled in the top and the amount that was in the container wasnt the full size of the the container. Then I learned that the oils can separate during the process and the container is just larger than the ounces it is sold as. After getting through those thing I got it mixed up well and wow! I absolutely love the taste. I cannot eat a lot of the everyday foods so this is a game changer! I thoroughly love this BHU Jar so this is an excellent addition!
