ABOUT:
Seligo pasta is made with 100% Organic SICILIAN Heirloom/Native Wheat, including the natural wheat germ and Spring Mineral Water from the Sicilian Mountains (Nebrodi). The Wheat germ is the embryo of the wheat kernel, a rich source of vitamins and protein.
This pasta is made artisanally with stone-ground flour from Sicilian native wheat. Sicilian native wheat varieties were grown before the GMO revolution, when farmers grew crops with non-GMO seeds and no chemicals, respecting the natural cycles in the most sustainable way.
