Steps for a Perfect Brew:
Start with Fresh Water:
- Use fresh, cold water for boiling, as it ensures better oxygenation and flavor extraction.
Heat the Water:
- Bring water to a rolling boil (around 100°C or 212°F).
- For delicate teas (like green or white), let the water cool slightly to about 80°C–90°C (175°F–195°F) to avoid bitterness.
Choose the Right Mug or Teapot:
- Place the whole leaf tea sachet in your mug or teapot.
- Use one sachet per 8–12 ounces of water, depending on your flavor preference.
Steep with Care:
- Pour the boiling water over the sachet to ensure even infusion.
- Cover the mug with a lid or small plate to trap the heat and essential oils.
- Steeping times:
- Black Tea: 3–5 minutes
- Green Tea: 2–3 minutes
- Herbal Tea: 5–7 minutes
- White Tea: 3–4 minutes

- Remove the sachet after steeping to avoid over-extraction and bitterness.
