Seligo pasta is made with 100% Organic SICILIAN Unrefined Heirloom/Native Durum Wheat flour. We say unrefined because it includes the natural wheat germ, a rich source of vitamins, proteins, and essential oils, which makes Seligo's pasta wholesome and very tasty. Sadly, the food industry has deprived flour of the wheat germ to prioritize quicker production time. Seligo brought back to pasta nutrients and taste.

This pasta is made artisanally with stone-ground flour from Sicilian native wheat. Sicilian native wheat varieties were grown before the 'GMO revolution', and they naturally have weaker gluten, more digestible, and gentle on our intestine.

Heirloom Sicilian wheat varieties thrive within the Sicilian ecosystem, eliminating the need for fertilizers and pesticides.
