Harissa Kit
ABOUT: A North African chili paste most associated with Moroccan food however it originated in Tunisia. It is more common in the Magreb Arabic countries (Morocco, Tunisia, Algeria, Israel and Libya) In Arabic the word Harasa means to pound, Harissa is chilis pounded with spices, garlic, lemon and oil. It is used in a variety of ways, in soups, stews, dips, condiments and it doesn’t really have any limits as its flavors can compliment such a variety of dishes. It has a peppery smoky flavor and ranges in level of heat. Ours is a well-balanced version of heat and full flavor spices. A traditional variation of harissa is rose harissa. Edible rose petals add a floral aspect to the smoky and spicy notes. You can be so creative with harissa that its only limitation is your hesitation.

Harissa's Chili Packet is a Winner!
10/3/2023
I'm a huge fan of Harissa's chili packet! I used it for some pork tacos. Making it was so much fun and it was easier than I thought! It has such a great smell while you cook it, that you're excited to dress your tacos with it by the end! I gave some to a friend, and he is a lover of this sauce now as well. It gives you spice, but moreover it had a beautiful taste that you can put over so many things. I put it in my eggs in the morning and I used it as a dip for my tortillas for lunch as well. I can't say enough about this simple but amazing sauce. Thank you for creating this I believe if you try it once, you'll definitely be back for more! Yummm!!!

Nice Harissa Seasoning Pack!
9/13/2023
I am a home trained chef that formerly specialized in primarily vegan fare. The harissa spice pack is one of the best all-in-one seasoning profiles for both my vegan and traditional protein dishes. I only added salt to taste. It had the perfect amount of heat (I love heat). The other herbs married perfectly. I highly recommend using this company's flavor packets because it saves time and effort since all of your spices are well blended already. Two thumbs up!!
