Hearthmother Goods elderberry syrup remains fresh in the fridge for approximately 30-60 days, and it can be frozen in a freezer safe container anytime before the best-by date for up to a year.
HOW TO ENJOY:
1 Tablespoon per day is an effective medicinal dose for an adult and older child. Toddlers may take one teaspoon. Honey is unsafe for infants, do NOT give elderberry syrup to babies under 12 months of age! In times of immune crisis, dose up to 4 times per day. Enjoy in a fruit smoothie, over your morning oatmeal, stirred into tea, straight from the bottle, or even poured over ice cream! (I won't tell...)

Hearthmother Goods was born out of a simple pursuit...to not get sick so dang often! Being the parent of 5 germ factories (otherwise known as children) we learned to dread cold and flu season and regularly entered into depression at the peak of winter... stuck for weeks indoors with coughing kids.
Traditional herbal remedies were such a huge success for reducing the sick time of our own family, that we began receiving requests to share them. A hippie homeschool mama's kitchen hobby turned into a thriving business, and now you too can enjoy the glowing immune system resilience we have found.
