Love having these in my daily supplement lineup. I also take a second one while drinking (works well as a mixer) to keep hangover effects to a minimum. Seriously transformed my weekends

I'd been looking into NAD+ supplementation after learning about the incredible benefits it offers and I feel like I hit the jackpot with these sticks. Really impressed with the active ingredient blend! I didn't even realize some of the ingredients were orally bioavailable but the Coast team really nailed it with their precursors. I love having a glass every morning with breakfast, I feel like it really primes me for the day ahead.

These Recovery+ sticks have improved my daily routine immensely. I've noticed real improvements in my energy levels and skin. I'm also much less sore after weight training and running. The fruit punch flavor is tasty too! Drinking these every day is a fun (and healthy) treat.
