When an autoimmune diagnosis forced Sonia to change her lifestyle to not just gluten free, but also dairy free, grain free and refined sugar free, she was disappointed with the lack of options for delicious, healthy baked goods. Sincerely, BY PARYANI was started to serve people with allergies, restricted diets, and those following healthy lifestyles to sincerely, enjoy treats that they feel comfortable sharing with family and friends.

Fun fact: Sonia is a retired jewelry store owner and is passionate about cooking, baking and sharing with family & friends.

I absolutely love this bread, it satisfies my sweet tooth and I'm excited to try the chocolate one, the ONLY downfall with this company, is that it takes a week or more for delivery, so you better get ahead on it lol

Tried the almond banana bread. I have been gluten free & dairy free for over 9 years! This bread is moist and delicious, with minimal ingredients. No added sugar either. I feel happy feeding it to my kids. Added grass fed butter on top and it was DIVINE!!
