Heray Saffron
We are a Chicago based saffron company focused on sourcing single origin, regeneratively farmed, fresh spices.
We are on a mission to bring the world’s most exquisite spices straight from the heart of Afghanistan to your kitchen. We work directly with Afghan farmers to ensure every saffron thread, and all other spices are ethically sourced, and packed with bold, and authentic flavors.
Heray Spice was born from a deep love for Afghan culture and a desire to create sustainable opportunities for farmers in Afghanistan—what started as a veteran’s mission turned into a global spice movement!

I ordered the cumin and saffron, and wow! What you can buy in the grocery store smells stale and bland compared to this. I've recommended Heray Spice to all my other foodie friends.

Best cumin I have ever use. Totally different then the usual. Aromatic, delicate, multi dimentional in fragrance and energy.. Will try other spices from this company.
