This cake has no grain, no cane sugar, no milk but tons of lemon and honey. It will satisfy your cake cravings with something healthier. I don't particularly care for coconut but I sure am glad I gave this product a try. It's moist and will absolutely take care of your sweet tooth.Thanks so much.

Amazingly delicious! I ordered the 3 pack to try the different breads. Since I am gluten free, dairy free & refined sugar free, and a bunch of other allergies....so it's really difficult to find baked goods that taste great. Well, I was blown away with the clean ingredients and the taste. These tasted great and I can eat these WITH NO PAIN at all. These are my new favorites. Almond banana bread for breakfast and the LEMON coconut cake is perfect for summer! Reminds me of my grandma's lemon cake. Going to have a piece of the chocolate now.
