Kitchari - Basmati Rice & Mung Beans with Spices (Pack)
ABOUT: A soup-y, stew-y superfood made with spices, fiber-rich mung beans and basmati rice.
Includes Mung Bean, Basmati Rice, and a blend of 7 spices
9g Plant-Protein and 5g Fiber
HOW TO ENJOY:
In a medium-sized pot, boil 4 cups of water. Once water starts to boil, add the Paro packet.
Cook for 25-30 minutes, stirring often until mung beans and rice are tender.
Add a pinch of salt. Stir and serve.
