The co-founders met in a sailing course. Their inspiration came from picking the skin off a salmon they had fished and were cooking on an open fire in Patagonia--it tasted so good they had to share it with the world! Fun Facts: Williwaw is a strong and sudden gush of cold wind that could even capsize boats back in the day, both in Alaska and in the southern tip of Patagonia.
