It all started with a mission: make it easy to enjoy healthy, plant-based foods without unhealthy ingredients. After Meg’s mom was diagnosed with heart failure, we set out to help heal her with whole food, plant-based nutrition. The transformation was life-changing, and we knew the world needed this. From our kitchen in Brattleboro, VT, with the help of science & research, we began crafting Organic Superfoods and Cookies—no processed sugars, oils, chemicals, preservatives, and no B.S. (you know, Bad Stuff). Friends & Family couldn’t get enough, and soon MamaSezz was born.
