In 2018, Ian and Mark were debating the best way to do a pour-over coffee. Unsatisfied with the taste of other mushroom coffees, low amount of mushrooms and being non-organic, they set out on a mission to create delicious organic mushroom coffee. They used a blend of wild crafted and wild cultivated mushrooms to reduce coffee's acidity, boost focus and immunity and prolong the positive effects of caffeine.
They had no idea they would be shaping an entire industry. Their experiment went from a personal attempt to optimize their day to a blossoming company that’s changing lives.
