Let food taste like its ingredients! Consider This is an emerging brand focused on micriobiome diversity and health (#30plantsaweek). Each bar is made from 9 or 10 plants, a pinch of sea salt, and nothing else. They are also GFCO gluten free, egg free, dairy free, soy free, sesame free, seed oil free, low hisatmine/low tyramine (ISO lab tested), with no added sugars, sugar alcohols, or sulfites. They taste like their ingredients: mild dates and grains!

Fun fact: Created by a M.D. husband and MCAS/POTS wife looking to support the multiple food sensitivity, gut health = immune health community.
