Cob is a new European style, gluten and corn-free food company founded by a mom of two boys with corn allergies looking to make on-the-go foods the way you’d make them in your own kitchen. Our first product is corn-free popcorn made from sustainable, regeneratively farmed ancient supergrain sorghum. Sorghum is packed with anti-inflammatory anti-diabetes polyphenols and has triple the protein of quinoa. Its smaller size makes it an ideal snack for toddlers and its soft hull won't get stuck in your gums or crack a tooth.
